Have your child bring it to school (stored in a Ziplock bag or wallet to prevent loss) and present it at checkout

How do you locate my child’s balance in case they lose Student’s Book Fair e-Certificate?
Simply have your child provide his name and classroom information. We will have copies on hand to look it up for them.
What if my child has unused balance?
Student’s Book Fair e-Certificate works like Yo! Gift Card and can be used online, in-store, or any book fair event with no expiration dates. You may use this e-certificate to shop online or in-store at anytime. Or you may save the balance for your child to use it next time.
I have multiple children at the school. Can they share one Student’s Book Fair e-Certificate?
Yes. but we recommend purchasing one Student’s Book Fair e-Certificate for each child to use to avoid confusions. Class visits vary. One child may use up the balance while the others do not know.
Can I transfer the unused balance?
We currently do not offer balance transfer. However, Student’s Book Fair e-Certificate works just like Yo! Gift Card. You may use the balance to shop online or in-store. Or you may save it up for next book fair event.
